3-4boneless, skinless chicken breastscut in bite sized pieces
½tspground ginger
¼tspcayenne pepper
⅛tsppowdered mustard
⅛tspground cardamom
⅛tspturmeric
1tspcurry powder
1Tbspyogurt or milk
2tsp lemon juice
1tspsalt
1onioncut into wedges
1pkwhole mushrooms
1pkpineapplecut in bite sized pieces
1bell pepper (whatever color you like)cut in pieces
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients but the last 4 and let sit at room temperature for an hour. String all the ingredients on skewers, alternating pieces.
Set on shallow pan with Al foil on the bottom to aid in cleanup. Broil on high for 15-20 minutes turning halfway through.
Notes
Original recipe call for Lemons as well, but you can really use whatever vegetables, or fruit you like on it :)
