In the Beginning…
This was one of our first outings with our new gear, Canon EOS3 and Canon 600mm telephoto lens, Fujichrome side film. Point Pelee is a great place for birding, but we were still learning to use our gear and didn’t get very many good pictures. This is one of the best of the lot 🙂
I’m using my lightbox with a Xenvo Squidgrip tripod to attach my iPhone to convert the slides to digital. This is my first effort at that. I wish I got some flash to show it’s eye. Still one of my best kingbird shots.
