I know what you are thinking… Who wants to hike/walk/birdwatch at a water treatment plant. I felt the same say before I went and saw all the marvelous birds and trails though the bay. I got this for Christmas from my son and now can’t wait until spring to get here so I can put it to good use. I’ll have to pay more attention to the leaves and how they are arranged on the plant so I can make better identifications. I’d been using the Seek app on my phone but it isn’t entirely accurate, but certainly a good starting place. I like the step by step method of identification but would love some more color pictures. I may have to supplement this with another. If anyone has any favorite wildflower id books, let me know in the comments!
