Best Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- ½ Tbs olive oil
Seasoning mix
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp Italian Seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 ℉. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place in baking pan.
- Combine seasoning mix in a small bowl. Drizzle tops of the chicken with olive oil, then sprinkle on the seasoning mix and rub all over both sides.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until the thickest part of the chicken measures 180℉. This higher temperature make them more tender.
