Crispy Buffalo Wings

Quick, easy and tasty – slightly modified from Natalya Drozhzhin's recipe found here – https://natashaskitchen.com/buffalo-wings-recipe/
Equipment
- 2 cookie sheets
- 2 wire cooling racks
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- Buffalo Wing sauce to taste
- Blue cheese dressing optional
Instructions
- Thoroughly pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, Preheat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place the wire rack on top of it. Spray with cooking spray.
- Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with the dry ingredients. Toss to combine, then place wings on the prepared racks.
- Bake the chicken for 25 minutes then flip them over and bake for another 25 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the wire rack to a large bowl and mix in some of your favorite Buffalo wing sauce. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
I like Original Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing sauce (medium) and for dipping I use Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing + Dip. Great with raw carrot and celery sticks on the side.
The original recipe included a recipe to make your own buffalo sauce but it’s easier just to use one of your favorites 🙂 Also I doubled up on the dry ingredients, as I found I didn’t think there was enough.
